Regional Service Operations Manager – North & South Region

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Accountable for leading and managing a range of service activities to ensure performance is optimised and clinical governance process are adhered to
- Driving and improving operational performance and efficiency across multiple service lines
- Taking accountability for the service line growth, quality improvement and people management
- Driving a culture of continuous improvement by reviewing demand, understanding customer needs and delivering process improvements
- Supporting multiple locations and will need to travel
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in operational leadership and people management, ideally within a customer‑focused service environment
- Experience working within a healthcare or regulated setting
- A track record of leading change, continuous improvement and projects to enhance service delivery
- Solid experience in budget and financial management
- Strong customer and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels
- A leadership or management qualification, or a clear willingness to work towards one
