About the role
- drive the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and execution for your domain to evolve our platform and meet ambitious company goals.
- own a set of key customer and business problems from discovery through delivery.
- work alongside an Engineering Manager and a pod of engineers to build products that power thousands of donations daily.
- develop a deep understanding of how centers operate.
- partner with our Quality and Regulatory team to ensure features meet FDA, AABB, FACT and PPTA requirements.
Requirements
- 3-6+ years in product management with a track record of shipping products that solve real business problems, not just features that check boxes.
- Experience in complex, regulated, or operationally intensive environments.
- Internal tools or operational systems expertise.
