About the role

  • Act as a strategic business partner, supporting leaders in people management, leadership development, strengthening culture, performance management and data-driven decision making, ensuring alignment between business strategy and People, Management & Culture practices.
  • Support directorates and leaders across technical and business areas.
  • Act as a consultative partner to managers (front-line and middle management).
  • Lead initiatives related to organizational climate, engagement, performance, succession and development.
  • Support strategic recruitment processes and internal mobility.
  • Translate people data into actionable business insights.
  • Support organizational changes and cultural evolution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields.
  • Previous experience as an HRBP, HR Generalist or Junior Business Partner.
  • Experience with performance cycles (OKRs/KPIs, feedback, Individual Development Plans - IDPs).
  • Experience with organizational climate and action planning.
  • Leadership support (1:1s, basic coaching, advising).
  • Strategic recruitment (partnership with Talent Acquisition).
  • Ability to interpret HR metrics: turnover, absenteeism, eNPS, headcount and workforce movements.
  • Intermediate Excel skills / basic dashboards.
  • Experience in dynamic, high-growth or transformation environments.
  • Based in Pinheiros, São Paulo — hybrid model: 3 days in-office and 2 days remote.
