About the role
- Act as a strategic business partner, supporting leaders in people management, leadership development, strengthening culture, performance management and data-driven decision making, ensuring alignment between business strategy and People, Management & Culture practices.
- Support directorates and leaders across technical and business areas.
- Act as a consultative partner to managers (front-line and middle management).
- Lead initiatives related to organizational climate, engagement, performance, succession and development.
- Support strategic recruitment processes and internal mobility.
- Translate people data into actionable business insights.
- Support organizational changes and cultural evolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields.
- Previous experience as an HRBP, HR Generalist or Junior Business Partner.
- Experience with performance cycles (OKRs/KPIs, feedback, Individual Development Plans - IDPs).
- Experience with organizational climate and action planning.
- Leadership support (1:1s, basic coaching, advising).
- Strategic recruitment (partnership with Talent Acquisition).
- Ability to interpret HR metrics: turnover, absenteeism, eNPS, headcount and workforce movements.
- Intermediate Excel skills / basic dashboards.
- Experience in dynamic, high-growth or transformation environments.
- Based in Pinheiros, São Paulo — hybrid model: 3 days in-office and 2 days remote.
