About the role

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience supervising a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Open communication skills
  • Genuine interest in coaching and developing others
  • Ability to guide, support, coach and provide feedback
  • Results-driven and team-player mindset
  • Approachable and confident when interacting with customers
  • Enthusiasm for learning about new products
  • Ability to work morning, day and evening shifts across all 7 days of the business
  • Ability to remain on your feet assisting customers across a wide range of retail hours
  • Must be aged 15 or over to apply
  • Background checks may be required, including police, employment, medical and qualification checks
