About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for the ongoing daily operations, sales, and high-volume stock management within your department
Work closely with fellow leaders in various departments, reporting directly to your Operations and Complex Manager
Lead a team of 20+ to maintain an engaged and safe work environment
Coaching & Training team members on Best Service and Safety Standards
Rostering and workforce planning for your team
Action customer feedback to improve the end-to-end customer experience
Managing daily stock flow, including seasonal campaigns, inventory & stock loss management

Requirements

What you’ll need

Previous experience supervising a team in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to coach and develop others, providing feedback and getting the best out of a team
Ability to be on your feet assisting with customers across a wide range of retail hours
Hold an open, honest, and respectful communication style
Have an eagerness to learn about new products
