About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the preparation and consolidation of the annual budget and associated analyses for budgeting and forecasting
Prepare various reporting packages including the development of Monthly Executive Summaries, Board of Directors’ materials, and other analyses as required
Understands business processes, systems, and quality checks across the organization to identify weaknesses/gaps, opportunities, and recommend and/or implement solutions
Collaborates with internal departments: Accounting, Finance, Sales, Operations, and IT to develop add-value analysis and reports
Creates reporting processes that are repeatable and scalable
Provides monthly reporting KPIs for the Sales and Operations leadership team
Provides analysis for visibility to performance vs budget
Partners with IT to improve data quality, integrity, and accessibility
Participates in continuous learning to keep current on company procedures, protocols, and technology

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
2+ years of related experience in an analyst role
Solid communication skills and analytical ability
Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects while delivering them in a timely manner
Ability to operate effectively in a cross-functional team environment
Ability to work independently and draw conclusions from a variety of information sources
Strong computer knowledge in a Windows environment (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
