About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own a portfolio of enterprise and corporate accounts (typically 1,000+ employees) from onboarding through adoption, renewal, and expansion.
  • Build relationships that go beyond the scheduled QBR.
  • Lead Proof of Value (POV) phases for enterprise prospects in close collaboration with AEs.
  • Turn complex, often vague customer goals into success plans with real milestones, adoption targets, and expansion signals.
  • Manage your portfolio actively.
  • Work closely with AEs on renewal and expansion, and bring specific product feedback into roadmap conversations.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4 to 6 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or SaaS Consulting, owning complex B2B accounts, not just supporting them.
  • You've worked with customers who aren't naturally tech-savvy and still driven adoption and real outcomes.
  • You've been close to a commercial motion before, through POV involvement, expansion ownership, or renewal conversations.
  • When something isn't working for a customer, you figure out why and do something about it.
  • You've worked in a growth-stage SaaS company before (Series A to C) and know what that means in practice.
  • You speak German & English fluently.
