About the role
- Prepare solutions for topic-specific/specialist issues
- Advise members in North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW), primarily by telephone
- Perform calculations and cost analyses for cost-relevant topics in care
- Advise member companies in the outpatient care sector
Requirements
- University degree in Health Management, Nursing Management, Social Management, or a comparable qualification
- Solid knowledge of nursing/care and social law (SGB V, SGB IX, SGB XI, SGB XII)
- Confident user of MS Office, especially Excel
- Ideally, experience in association work
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
