About the role
- Advising and supporting internal stakeholders on intranet solutions with a focus on the Atlassian Suite (e.g., Confluence, Jira)
- Designing, further developing and optimizing the intranet and collaboration platform
- Creating customized solution concepts, including technical and functional assessments
- Implementing and configuring solutions within the Atlassian environment
- Supporting and coaching projects — from concept to go-live
- Planning and active participation in IT and business department projects
- Ensuring sustainable, user-centered development of the platform
Requirements
- Degree in (business) computer science, a technical or commercial field of study, or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in implementing and developing Atlassian tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
- Practical experience in consulting as well as in developing and migrating add-ons and integrations
- Strong knowledge of software development and confident use of common programming languages
- Analytical, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Team-oriented, able to work independently, and strong service and consulting skills
- Communication skills in German (at least C1) and English (at least B1)
