About the role

  • Analyze customer needs, market trends, and the regulatory environment for deploying data analysis and artificial intelligence in the public sector
  • Identify use cases and appropriate administrative processes to derive concrete business potential
  • Develop solution concepts in close cooperation with our customers (in particular federal ministries and subordinate authorities) and interdisciplinary teams at Bundesdruckerei (notably business units, development and innovation departments)
  • Initiate and support data analysis and AI projects with high visibility and societal relevance
  • Build and maintain customer and stakeholder relationships (e.g., authorities, partners, associations)

Requirements

  • Completed degree in economics, political science, computer science, data science, or a comparable field
  • Relevant professional experience, e.g., in (IT) consulting, public administration, or business development
  • Strong interest in digital policy and a good understanding of the public sector and its stakeholders
  • Solid knowledge of data analysis and AI applications and technologies
  • Analytical approach and enjoyment of conceptual and independent work
  • Good communication and presentation skills, with a confident demeanour and persuasive ability
