About the role
- Assume responsibilities for classified information protection and lead projects to develop, align and implement company-wide concepts and policies to support security processes in the area of classified information protection
- Manage physical classified-information security and contribute to personnel security measures
- Maintain security files and the personnel register and manage classified-assignment records, including preparing classified-assignment notifications for submission to the authorities
- Design and evaluate workflows and processes and identify and implement optimization opportunities
- Coordinate with HR and design and further develop processes to ensure personnel security and classified-information protection requirements are met
- Advise business units on security matters (personnel security, information protection) and participate in security projects
Requirements
- Degree in a technical or security-policy-related field (e.g., Security Management)
- Relevant professional experience in the specified area of responsibility
- Experience handling classified information/ security clearance matters
- Knowledge of operational security and IT security
- Confident user of MS Office
- Good command of English
- Analytical and conceptual working style, initiative, commitment and team spirit
