- Structured capture of customer requirements from business stakeholders for IT infrastructure (including design and execution of surveys/assessments, interviews, workshops, and analyses)
- Participation in the development of functional and technical solution designs (functional/architecture/security)
- Preparation of and editorial responsibility for functional specifications and statements of work, as well as participation in procurement procedures
- Ensuring targeted communication and close collaboration with business units, end customers, and all involved stakeholders
