About the role
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for business roles, from kick-off to offer
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates across multiple European markets; coordinate interviews and support hiring managers
- Build recruitment best practices and hiring expertise; train team members and work with leaders
- Ensure timely, accurate updates in ATS and track and share hiring metrics
- Deliver an excellent experience for both candidates and stakeholders
- Contribute to Employer branding strategy working with People and Marketing Teams
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment
- Extensive experience hiring for professional services (finance, legal, accounting)
- Passion for quality and delivery; experience sourcing hard-to-find talent
- Ability to drive projects with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptability, results-driven mindset, and strong communication skills
- Proactivity in offering excellent hiring experience and tackling bottlenecks
