About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of creative projects
Receive allocated briefs and set up kick-off calls
Build and manage detailed work-back plans for projects
Act as the point of contact for marketing stakeholders
Coordinate and facilitate meetings and cross-functional calls
Field questions and feedback from marketing stakeholders
Manage multiple projects simultaneously
Work closely with the Creative Operations team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent professional experience
3+ years of project management experience, ideally in-house
Strong understanding of creative project structure and delivery
Confident communication with senior clients or marketing stakeholders
Experience overseeing delivery through to final sign-off
Proactive and highly organized, with excellent attention to detail
Experience using project management tools such as Asana
Interest in experimenting with AI tools to improve workflows
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
