Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years experience as a full-cycle recruiter in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining quality
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
Experience partnering with hiring managers to solve complex hiring challenges
Track record of delivering hiring outcomes in environments with changing priorities and evolving business needs
Experience recruiting for technology, product, commercial, or corporate functions is advantageous.
