Lead end-to-end design for Bee AI and 'Dates powered by Bee,' delivering intuitive experiences across chat, match exploration, and date recommendations.
Design AI-powered conversational interfaces, ensuring clarity, trust, and usability.
Shape AI-generated suggestions presentation, balancing automation with user agency.
Partner with Product Marketing to design acquisition and onboarding flows for Bee AI experiences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product direction and align user needs with technical capabilities.
Prototype and validate concepts using tools like Figma, iterating based on insights.
Conduct and synthesize user research and usability testing for continuous improvement.
Take ownership of delivery from insight to impact, adapting plans with an agile mindset.

Requirements

What you’ll need

6-8 years of experience in design.
Strong experience designing end-to-end product experiences, ideally within consumer apps.
Hands-on experience designing for AI-powered products, including conversational UX and recommendation systems.
Fluent in Figma and comfortable using AI-powered design tools.
Experience conducting user testing and translating insights into design improvements.
Ability to design for ambiguity and adapt plans with an agile mindset.
Collaboration skills and clear communication across disciplines.
Curiosity about the evolving role of AI in product design.
