About the role
- Support the development and rollout of integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness and favorability for Bumble Date
- Bring a strong Gen Z lens to campaign planning, ensuring ideas feel culturally relevant and resonate with younger audiences
- Stay ahead of emerging trends, creators, and talent — proactively pitching timely, on-brand opportunities for Bumble to show up authentically
- Support the development and ongoing management of Bumble’s creator, influencer, and celebrity roster
- Identify and track up-and-coming talent that aligns with Bumble’s brand and Gen Z audiences
- Support execution of IRL brand events, including on-the-ground coordination and experience support
- Contribute to merchandise strategy, helping ensure products are culturally relevant, desirable, and aligned with Gen Z tastes
- Support end-to-end marketing operations and project management across campaigns, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and approvals stay on track
- Manage shared team calendars and coordinate cross-functional alignment across stakeholders
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings, capturing clear notes, next steps, and ownership
- Maintain agendas and track action items for weekly agency and internal status meetings
- Help refine marketing processes and documentation to improve efficiency, clarity, and consistency
- Manage invoices end-to-end — collecting vendor details, submitting for approval, and tracking payment status
- Open and manage purchase orders (POs) to ensure accurate financial tracking and compliance
- Assist with budget tracking and reconciliation in partnership with Finance and internal stakeholders
- Support onboarding and coordination of new vendors and agency partners
- Gather and synthesize campaign performance data into clear weekly and monthly insights and recommendations
- Leverage AI tools to support research, reporting, and creative ideation while applying strong judgment and data responsibility
- Maintain ongoing category and competitive intelligence, identifying trends, whitespace, and opportunities for Bumble
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience in marketing operations, project coordination, or marketing administration, ideally within a fast-paced, creative environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a keen attention to detail
- Familiarity with invoicing systems, purchase order workflows, and budget tracking tools
- Experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholders with clarity and precision
- Comfort working across teams and time zones, with an emphasis on collaboration and follow-through
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with project management platforms
- A proactive mindset and ability to identify and resolve operational inefficiencies
- Passionate about organization, structure, and marketing excellence
- Strong believer in Bumble’s mission and brand values
