Key responsibilities & impact

Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns
Assist with in-real-life activations led by the city ambassador team
Contribute to social strategy, engaging with the audience across social channels
Support coordination and tracking of creator and partnership deliverables
Maintain agendas, track next steps, and support agency accountability
Assist with operational processes including maintaining budget trackers
Conduct market and audience research
Use AI tools responsibly to support research and improve workflow

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program and returning to your program for at least one semester following the internship
Typically requires 0–1 years of experience
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines with attention to detail
Clear communicator who can simplify information into actionable next steps and structured updates
Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
Demonstrates ownership, collaborates with purpose across teams, and adapts plans
Passionate about building inclusive communities
