About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and support data, analytics, and reporting workflows for paid media campaigns, including audience management, reporting dashboard setup, QA, and troubleshooting
- Implement website analytics and conversion tracking based on client and paid media team needs
- Execute audience onboarding and activation for paid media campaigns
- Participate in vendor and internal team meetings and calls, including taking and sharing meeting notes
- Provide media and client teams with reporting data to support strategic campaign optimizations
- Manage communication among internal buying, planning, and insights teams
- Update project management tools and organize project briefs, kickoff meetings, and timelines
- Monitor media measurement and AdTech trends, tools, opportunities, and applications
- Attend new vendor meetings and team trainings
- Understand and articulate the agency’s approach to media analytics and audience onboarding
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–3 years of relevant work experience; exposure to digital media analytics from internships, fellowships, or an agency setting is ideal
- Exposure to or experience with specialized data tools, automated workflows, or programming languages, including R packages, Python, Datorama, SuperMetrics, Tableau, LiveRamp, or Google Analytics
- Experience cleaning, standardizing, and evaluating large, complex datasets for critical decision-making
- Familiarity with digital campaign KPIs and advertising measurement concepts, including multi-touch attribution and identity graphs
- Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com, Slack, or Asana
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including interpreting data for people with limited ad analytics experience
- Close attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot data set or data stream errors quickly
- Ability to work autonomously with appropriate direction and manage multiple tasks and timelines concurrently
- Intellectual curiosity and motivation to solve complex problems for a diverse client roster
