About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Concept and design high-quality digital ads and content from start to finish
Assist the design team to execute projects for a variety of clients
Collaborate closely with a copywriter and the Senior Art Director to develop high quality marketing campaigns and initiatives
Work with the design team to develop and design graphics, concepts and layouts for print, digital, motion, social and web use
Brainstorm, pitch, execute and iterate on design campaigns, projects and content pieces

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 2 years of digital design experience
Full proficiency with Figma, Adobe Suite, Canva, Jitter and more
Excellent design sense, including composition, color and typography
Ability to work in a very fast-paced, collaborative environment
A pulse on the digital world with an interest in what works versus what looks best
Use and knowledge of leading emerging AI tools
Applications without a portfolio will not be considered
