About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Take ownership of deliverables and workstreams and drive project management
  • Find meaningful opportunities for clients and help lead the development of a campaign strategy
  • Draft creative campaign briefs and lead creative concept development with internal teams
  • Provides first review of content and coordinates feedback from stakeholders
  • Produces and oversees high-quality client work, managing campaigns and projects with attention to detail
  • Monitor client messaging and identify proactive creative opportunities
  • Manages rapid response creative production and drafts content calendars

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience working in an ad agency, communications agency, nonprofit or corporate communications
  • Depth of knowledge and POV on owned and paid channels and landscape
  • Knowledge of social media marketing on platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram
  • Experience managing and providing clear feedback to team members
  • Extremely strong writing skills with experience developing content strategy and managing social media campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate results to senior-level audiences
