About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work on corporate, public affairs, political, and other client-related research projects
Draft survey questionnaires and focus group discussion guides; produce first draft analysis on research projects – in both written and visual form
Help advise clients and internal BPI teams on communications strategies, messaging, and targeting
Together with our Survey Ops team, monitor and manage surveys in the field and focus group recruitment; serve as project manager for active research projects
Oversee the production of client deliverables such as toplines, crosstabs, and time series analyses
Support new business proposal and presentation development as needed
Provide support to the team and clients as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Great written and oral communication skills
Exceptional analytical, decision making, and time-management skills
1-3 years’ experience with polling, surveys, research methodology, quantitative data and analysis
Experience and familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research
Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills
Intellectual curiosity, and always asking “why?”
Excels in fast-paced work environments and juggling multiple projects with tight deadlines
Outstanding collaboration skills with the ability to work independently and self-directed
Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite
