Capable of running mid- to large-sized creative projects and campaigns from inception through delivery.
You will gather requirements and ask the right questions before work begins to ensure the team is meeting the schedule and objectives.
You will develop project timelines and budgets, establish a project plan, and see it through.
You'll set up the work on our Monday.com project management tool and assign the proper tasks/dates for trackability.
You regularly inform the Creative Ops Director, Creative Directors, and Account team on project updates, priorities, and direction.
You assist in prioritizing creative team tasks and assignments, and ensure our deadlines are met.
Assess the feasibility of deadline requests and identify any potential risks.
You'll develop workback schedules in multiple formats and manage key dates including briefs, creative internals, revisions, and the final creative delivery.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in project management at a creative, production, marketing, or advertising agency
Experience with project management tools, ideally Monday.com and Google Workspace
Outstanding communication skills with the ability to interact with a range of personalities and roles
Deep knowledge of the project management process in a creative environment, including processes, workflow, and terminology
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with proven ability to stay calm under pressure
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask across multiple requests
Knowledge of AI tools is a plus
