About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Owning the end-to-end marketing strategy for the Benelux region, with a clear focus on pipeline and bookings growth
- Designing and executing integrated demand generation campaigns across digital, content, email, social, webinar, and event channels
- Analysing Salesforce and marketing performance data to understand pipeline health, campaign effectiveness, and revenue contribution
- Managing and optimising regional marketing budgets to maximise return on investment
- Building strong partnerships with sales teams, BDRs, and regional stakeholders to identify opportunities and address pipeline gaps
- Managing Bullhorn's presence at industry events, trade shows, roundtables, and customer-facing activities
- Working closely with creative, marketing operations, demand generation, and external agency partners to deliver impactful campaigns
- Creating, localising, and adapting marketing content for Dutch and English-speaking audiences
- Sharing market insights, campaign performance, and recommendations with stakeholders across the business
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in demand generation, field marketing, regional marketing, or a similar revenue-focused B2B marketing role
- Proven track record of driving pipeline, opportunity creation, and revenue outcomes through marketing activity
- Highly analytical and enjoy using data to make decisions, identify opportunities, and optimise performance
- Comfortable working in Salesforce and using dashboards, reports, and campaign metrics to guide actions
- Comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution
- Fluent in Dutch and English and enjoy working across both local and international teams
