Combine data reporting, analysis, and operational expertise to support the Bullhorn Professional Services department
Create reports and dashboards that track the health and performance of the business
Drive process and system improvements across key tools like OpenAir, Jira, and internal data platforms
Develop KPI definitions and reporting metrics that enable functional leaders to quickly assess the state of the business
Lead the design and delivery of dashboards, reports, and models that provide visibility into key performance metrics
Develop and maintain scalable analytics frameworks to support strategic decision-making and long-term planning
Forecast trends in project pipeline, resource capacity, and services revenue to inform headcount planning, staffing decisions, and project prioritization
Partner with Finance on reporting decks to facilitate regular cadence of business reviews

Requirements

5+ years of experience in a data analyst, operations analyst, or business operations role, with at least 2+ years in a senior or lead capacity
Advanced knowledge of reporting and analytics tools including Tableau
Strong coding skills; proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel capabilities
Proficiency with statistics tools like R or Python is a plus
Proven experience supporting or leading analytics for a professional services or customer success organization within a SaaS environment
Experience with configuration and reporting with enterprise systems such as OpenAir, Jira, Salesforce, and related platforms
Clear track record running system improvement initiatives that lead to better performance and efficiency
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
Experienced with process mapping and improvement methodologies
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred or equivalent practical experience)
