About the role
- Own product outcomes and roadmaps for our collectible ecosystem, battles, tournaments, and store experiences
- Lead player research through interviews, surveys, and community insights to identify opportunities and validate solutions
- Evolve collecting mechanics including pack value, rarity systems, duplicate handling, and collection milestones
- Design and optimize battle systems, deck building, matchmaking, and competitive tournament experiences
- Run experiments and A/B tests with strong guardrails, partnering with analytics to measure engagement, retention, and monetization
- Manage Kanban delivery flow, collaborate with design and engineering, and ensure compliant go-to-market execution
Requirements
- Proven product management experience in consumer products with gaming background required
- Hands-on experience with collectible card games or similar systems (digital CCGs, card battlers, gacha mechanics)
- Track record of shipping major features from discovery through to scale with measurable impact
- Strong backlog management and Kanban expertise, including flow metrics and delivery optimization
- Analytics and experimentation skills including cohort analysis, retention measurement, and A/B testing
- Technical fluency to partner with engineering on APIs, data models, and cross-functional delivery
