About the role
- Drive breakthrough product innovation
- Lead product discovery through player interviews
- Own product roadmaps and outcomes
- Design and execute experiments, A/B tests
- Partner closely with UX teams on rapid prototyping
- Collaborate with engineering to translate requirements into technical specs
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, CRM, and Support
Requirements
- Solid product management background in consumer products
- Proven track record of shipping new products or major features
- Strong Kanban expertise including WIP limits
- Comfort with analytics, experimentation frameworks, A/B testing
- Technical fluency to partner effectively with engineering teams
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Figma, and product analytics platforms
