About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Organising and attending client meetings; creating and leading presentations with precision and confidence
Being the key agency lead across a number of levels and brands, building trusted and collaborative partnerships with clients
Overseeing the timely distribution of agendas, contact reports, status reports, timelines and other client facing documentation
Confidently presenting and discussing briefs, feedback, proposals and financials with a client team
Using your understanding of the clients and industry to identify opportunities to proactively unlock new conversations
Managing the delivery of design projects and workflow, ensuring work is completed to the highest standard to meet client timelines and budgets
Leading and overseeing the day-to-day project deliverables from the initial briefing through the artwork process, recognising when to elevate any issues
Developing and managing project timelines and detailed proposals
Taking responsibility for the weekly management of billings, forecasting and client purchase orders broaden your understanding of the client service discipline required
Strategically contributing to brief content, audits, presentations and pitches

Requirements

Ability to remain positive and calm under pressure in our fast-paced working environment
Ability to successfully prioritise and manage multiple tasks and projects at any one time
A clear understanding of the design industry, with a willingness to continue learning
