• Partner with executive leadership to design and execute the Bulletin ’s digital strategy.
• Oversee the development and management of website and other digital products.
• Guide organization-wide governance and support for digital initiatives.
• Develop robust data collection and reporting systems to track audience demographics and traffic patterns.
• Collaborate with Communication and Advancement teams on lead scoring, donor segmentation, and A/B testing.
• Deliver regular impact measurements for operational insights, grant reporting, and event marketing analytics.
• Manage and optimize the full technology stack, ensuring high performance, and strict compliance with global privacy (GDPR/CCPA) and accessibility standards.
• Manage technology vendors, digital budgets, internal hardware, and policy requirements.
