About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage users, roles, workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and configurations
Support order management, inventory, fulfillment, and financial processes
Troubleshoot system issues and implement scalable fixes
Support EDI transactions such as 850, 855, 856, and 810
Manage onboarding, testing, and deployment of new partners
Monitor transactions and resolve failures or discrepancies
Build and support integrations using tools like Celigo or similar
Monitor integrations and improve reliability and automation
Support SQL based data pipelines and reporting
Identify and implement system and workflow improvements
Take ownership of assigned system initiatives, including enhancements, integrations, and new features

Requirements

What you’ll need

2 - 5+ years of ERP or NetSuite experience
Experience with EDI transactions and integrations
Working knowledge of integration tools (Celigo preferred)
Basic SQL or data experience preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
