Area Sales Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Focus on growing the business in the Convenience Channel
- Actively manage and grow business at direct accounts through merchant interaction and business planning
- Lead and manage broker network for maximum performance
- Collaborate with insights team to create compelling sales presentations
- Develop joint business plans to grow Built’s market share
- Leverage analytical tools for account analysis
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1-3 years of selling experience in CPG, preferably food
- Comfortable drawing insights from data
- Self-starter with demonstrated achievements in a fast-growth environment
- Proven track record of growing distribution and dollar sales
- Strong presentation and communication skills, including PPT
- Basic understanding of sales fundamentals, forecasting, merchandising, and promotional execution
- Excellent organization skills
- Solid skills in Nielsen, IRI, SPINS or other similar syndicated data
- Bachelor’s degree required
