Key responsibilities & impact

Assist the Senior Technical Manager to successfully implement new and upgraded technology solutions.
Create data conversion requirements and data conversion test plans.
Create and maintain user manuals and process documentation.
Support administration of newly implemented processes through transition to ongoing administration team and support training of the ongoing administration team.
Special projects as assigned by management

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years experience in defined benefit plan administration or related experience preferred.
Prior quality assurance and UAT experience required.
Knowledge of pension calculations and validation of data elements required.
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word and Excel; experience with Vitech V3 products, QlikView and Dynamics experience preferred.
Strong aptitude for data analysis.
Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
Excellent business writing skills.
Detail oriented with strong ability to multitask.
