About the role
- Assist the Senior Technical Manager to successfully implement new and upgraded technology solutions.
- Create data conversion requirements and data conversion test plans.
- Create and maintain user manuals and process documentation.
- Support administration of newly implemented processes through transition to ongoing administration team and support training of the ongoing administration team.
- Special projects as assigned by management
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in defined benefit plan administration or related experience preferred.
- Prior quality assurance and UAT experience required.
- Knowledge of pension calculations and validation of data elements required.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word and Excel; experience with Vitech V3 products, QlikView and Dynamics experience preferred.
- Strong aptitude for data analysis.
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- Excellent business writing skills.
- Detail oriented with strong ability to multitask.
