QA Engineer

• Under supervision of the Assistant Director, perform tasks associated with analyzing, testing and evaluating financial pension calculations and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, DOL and IRS in benefit calculations.
• Daily audit of pension applications and calculations including projections.
• Assist in review of data accuracy for actuarial valuation data files.
• Research and respond to participant escalations.
• Prepare feedback of QA findings and development plans with supervisory staff.

QA Coordinator – Retirement Services

Manager

• Under the supervision of the Director, Training Fund, responsible for overseeing delivery, coordination, and quality of all training programs for 32BJ SEIU airport staff at designated airport sites.
• Ensure seamless scheduling, high-quality instruction, compliance with regulatory standards, continuous improvement of airport-wide operational efforts, and strong communication with employers, contractors, and site managers.
• Supervise instructors, maintain training records in the LMS, and serve as the primary on-site liaison for members and partners.
• Manage day-to-day operations of all airport training programs, including mandated, job-specific, and safety courses.
• Create and manage course sections, rosters, attendance, completion records, and reporting in the LMS.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for airport employers, contractors, airport authorities, and partner organizations regarding training needs.

Business Intelligence Developer

• Design, build, and maintain reporting and dashboard solutions in Power BI and QlikView
• Work with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications
• Prepare, validate, and analyze data using SQL or similar tools to support accurate reporting
• Develop basic to intermediate data models, calculations (e.g., DAX), and visualizations that support business insights
• Assist in data integration efforts by working with senior developers to connect on-prem and cloud data sources
• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance to ensure reports are accurate, reliable, and user-friendly
• Evaluate and enhance existing dashboards and BI assets to improve performance and usability
• Support ongoing maintenance of BI platforms and applications, including updates to Power BI and QlikView reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including business, IT, and data engineering—to ensure alignment and data consistency
• Create and maintain documentation for reports, datasets, data definitions, and BI processes
• Maintain data quality, integrity, and governance practices within BI solutions
• Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for operational improvement
• Support cross-functional projects by supplying analytical and development solutions, data extracts, and ad-hoc reports
• Maintain proper access controls for dashboards, reports, and data models

Director

• Provide supervision, mentorship, and professional development for attorneys and Fund staff.
• Monitor legal practice and ensure a high standard of representation and client service.
• Coordinate case strategy and workflow in collaboration with the Director of Litigation and other supervising attorneys.
• Serve as lead counsel on complex or high-priority family matters.
• Oversee the delivery of the Fund's family benefit, including state and federal court practice.
• Collaborate on cross-departmental initiatives and ensure alignment with the Fund’s broader mission.
• Lead continuous quality improvement, including refinement of intake, service level agreements, case closing, and productivity systems.
• Evaluate programming needs and propose innovative strategies to enhance service delivery.
• Represent the Fund in coalitions and external partnerships, including community-based organizations and family law groups.
• Maintain an active caseload including custody, visitation, support, neglect and abuse, orders of protection and other areas covered by the Fund.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, negotiate settlements, attend court appearances, and represent clients at trial.
