Database Administrator

• Under the supervision of the Manager, DevOps, provides day-to-day operational support for on-premises and cloud database environments
• Assist with the administration and support of Microsoft SQL Server (on-premises and Azure SQL) environments
• Perform routine database maintenance tasks, including backups, restores, monitoring, performance tuning and health checks
• Support database availability, integrity, performance, and reliability under the guidance of the Senior DBA
• Assist in patch management and version upgrades
• Participate in high-availability and disaster recovery testing
• Support SQL Agent jobs and scheduled processes
• Assist with user access provisioning and periodic access reviews

Junior Database Administrator

Accounts Payable

• Own the full P2P lifecycle: requisition-to-PO, invoice intake, matching (2-way/3-way as applicable), approvals, payment processing, vendor maintenance, and AP close.
• Enforce purchasing and AP policies, including approval thresholds, PO compliance, spend governance, and documentation requirements.
• Oversee vendor onboarding and maintenance, ensuring accuracy of vendor setup, payment terms, tax attributes, and required compliance documentation.
• Manage exceptions and standardized subprocesses (holds, credit memos, disputes, vendor inquiries, reconciliations) with clear audit trails and timely resolution.
• Lead, coach, and develop a five-person AP team; assign workload, set expectations, and support skill development across P2P workflows.
• Define, track, and improve service performance through SLAs/KPIs (cycle times, backlog aging, match/exception rates, vendor responsiveness).
• Serve as the operational escalation point for invoice, vendor, and payment issues; partner closely with Procurement, Accounting, Tax, and IT.
• Maintain strong internal controls across vendor master, invoice approvals, segregation of duties, and payment governance.
• Ensure compliance with procurement thresholds, audit requirements, and risk management practices embedded in policy and procedures.
• Oversee vendor tax compliance and reporting (e.g., 1099/1042), including accuracy of tax coding and vendor classification.
• Serve as AP system owner for ERP workflows (D365 F&O preferred), including troubleshooting, workflow monitoring, user support, and coordination with IT.
• Drive continuous improvement through standardization and automation (workflow hygiene, dashboarding, document management, exception reduction).
• Partner with Procurement on category strategies, contract compliance, and catalog enablement to improve PO adoption and spend visibility.
• Lead monthly AP close activities: accruals, reconciliations, clearing accounts, and required close support schedules.
• Deliver AP reporting (aging, accrual schedules, exceptions, spend analytics) and provide audit support as needed.

Accounts Payable Manager

Associate Data, Implementation Analyst

Attorney

• Manage hiring, onboarding, and professional development for the Legal Fund, including recruitment and training of staff in collaboration with the supervisory team and Benefit Funds' HR department
• Supervise personnel, including Intake Specialists, Assistant Manager and Administrative staff in performing the duties necessary to support the goals of the Legal Fund
• Provide coaching and constructive feedback to staff members to promote staff development
• Strengthen and/or develop operations and systems including case management, calendaring, timekeeping, expense tracking, vendor management, personnel files, and maintain/develop policies and procedures documents
• Work with Human Resources on recruitment and employee relations for the Legal Fund, including counseling personnel who are not complying with Fund procedures and standards and taking disciplinary action if necessary
• In conjunction with the Fund's Director and the Human Resources team, participate in collective bargaining negotiations
• Organize and facilitate staff meetings and multiple touch points for communication among the organization's stakeholders

QA Engineer

• Under supervision of the Assistant Director, perform tasks associated with analyzing, testing and evaluating financial pension calculations and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, DOL and IRS in benefit calculations.
• Daily audit of pension applications and calculations including projections.
• Assist in review of data accuracy for actuarial valuation data files.
• Research and respond to participant escalations.
• Prepare feedback of QA findings and development plans with supervisory staff.

QA Coordinator – Retirement Services

Manager

• Under the supervision of the Director, Training Fund, responsible for overseeing delivery, coordination, and quality of all training programs for 32BJ SEIU airport staff at designated airport sites.
• Ensure seamless scheduling, high-quality instruction, compliance with regulatory standards, continuous improvement of airport-wide operational efforts, and strong communication with employers, contractors, and site managers.
• Supervise instructors, maintain training records in the LMS, and serve as the primary on-site liaison for members and partners.
• Manage day-to-day operations of all airport training programs, including mandated, job-specific, and safety courses.
• Create and manage course sections, rosters, attendance, completion records, and reporting in the LMS.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for airport employers, contractors, airport authorities, and partner organizations regarding training needs.

Business Intelligence Developer

• Design, build, and maintain reporting and dashboard solutions in Power BI and QlikView
• Work with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications
• Prepare, validate, and analyze data using SQL or similar tools to support accurate reporting
