About the role
- Support socializing and delivering training and technical guidance on using the Contractor Hub, ensuring contractors can effectively navigate features, tools, and customer opportunities.
- Help develop and distribute educational and promotional materials focused on the Contractor Hub, cold-climate heat pump systems, rebate eligibility, and financing options.
- Serve as a subject matter resource for contractors using the Contractor Hub, the Training Center, the training reimbursement program, and rebate processes.
- Provide responsive, hands-on support via email, chatbot, and phone to troubleshoot Contractor Hub enrollment issues and assist with rebate applications, and other inquiry tickets.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, walking contractors through complex processes such as application submissions and rebate collection.
- Co-create and translate outreach material, social media, slide decks, brochures, and other content to ensure the Contractor Hub is accessible to contractors.
- Track key performance indicators related to platform and web analytics, marketing campaigns, CSAT/NPS, and other metrics related to the training and reimbursement programs.
Requirements
- Spanish speaker, fluent in English (written and verbal - practical/pragmatic) required.
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer relationship management, program management, or technical education role with contractors, vendors, trades, utilities, nonprofit, government, or mission-driven organization.
- Passion for sustainability, clean energy, climate solutions, decarbonization, and the electrification of built environments, preferred.
- Customer service mindset rooted in trust, problem solving, agility, and continuous learning.
- Experienced in cross-functional collaboration, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to align goals and maintain seamless communication.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly to various audiences.
- Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Asana, Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace, and Canva, preferred.
