Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design and improve sales workflows, lead management, and pipeline processes to drive efficiency and a smooth customer experience
  • Partner with business leaders to define and scope strategic initiatives that improve performance and pipeline health
  • Lead execution of strategic programs, including milestones, ownership, dependencies, and outcomes
  • Build and run operating cadences that give leaders clear visibility into performance and next steps
  • Analyze sales data to evaluate results, identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
  • Evaluate and optimize go-to-market systems with business systems and sales leaders
  • Define reporting needs and partner with enablement to ensure teams have the tools and training they need

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field required
  • 7+ years of sales operations experience in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong project management and organizational skills that bring structure and consistency
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
  • Deep experience with Salesforce, including reporting, dashboards, and process design
  • Proven success improving forecast accuracy and pipeline discipline
  • Clear communicator who can influence stakeholders and build trust across teams
