About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and improve sales workflows, lead management, and pipeline processes to drive efficiency and a smooth customer experience
- Partner with business leaders to define and scope strategic initiatives that improve performance and pipeline health
- Lead execution of strategic programs, including milestones, ownership, dependencies, and outcomes
- Build and run operating cadences that give leaders clear visibility into performance and next steps
- Analyze sales data to evaluate results, identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Evaluate and optimize go-to-market systems with business systems and sales leaders
- Define reporting needs and partner with enablement to ensure teams have the tools and training they need
- Embrace using AI as a tool to enhance your work, while remaining open to learning, applying critical thinking, and owning the quality of your final work
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field required
- 7+ years of sales operations experience in a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong project management and organizational skills that bring structure and consistency
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
- Deep experience with Salesforce, including reporting, dashboards, and process design
- Proven success improving forecast accuracy and pipeline discipline
- Clear communicator who can influence stakeholders and build trust across teams
