About the role

  • Contact new trial users promptly via email, phone, and other channels to introduce Buildern and guide their initial steps
  • Conduct qualification calls to understand company size, workflows, pain points, and purchase readiness
  • Re-engage old trial users who did not subscribe, identify past challenges, and communicate newly added product value
  • Schedule high-quality meetings with Account Executives and ensure a smooth handoff
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects to increase engagement and conversion
  • Log all activities, notes, and lead insights in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to provide feedback on common objections, user needs, and trial behavior
  • Contribute to improvements in outreach messaging, trial conversion processes, and lead nurturing workflows

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales, Lead Generation, SDR/BDR roles
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with confidence in phone outreach
  • Understanding of the B2B SaaS market and the dynamics of software evaluation and purchasing
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and outreach tools
  • Technical background or experience selling IT solutions is a strong plus
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
