About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own day-to-day Revenue Operations across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
- Build and maintain the GTM source of truth for pipeline coverage, conversion rates, churn, retention, and activity pacing
- Develop dashboards and proactively surface trends, risks, and recommendations to GTM leadership
- Own HubSpot architecture, workflows, data integrity, governance, and user administration
- Rebuild and rearchitect GTM infrastructure, including cleanup, normalization, field standards, enrichment logic, and deduplication rules
- Automate cross-object associations, lead routing, deal desk workflows, and renewal and expansion triggers
- Govern operational handoffs from MQL to SAL to closed-won to onboarding
- Present weekly and monthly GTM performance analysis to leadership
- Partner with SDR and AE teams on pipeline governance, list building, sequence reporting, activity tracking, territory routing, and lead routing
- Own renewal and expansion dashboards, health scores, churn risk, and expansion signals
- Partner with CX leadership on adoption, retention trends, and expansion forecasting
- Support Marketing with campaign setup, attribution modeling, and multichannel performance reporting
- Audit and optimize the GTM stack
- Manage vendor relationships, subscriptions, renewals, tool evaluation, build-versus-buy decisions, and rollouts
- Use AI to automate reporting, prospecting, account research, enrichment, expansion identification, and GTM tooling implementation
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–5 years in RevOps, Sales Ops, or cross-functional GTM Operations at a high-growth SaaS company
- At least 1 year as a Revenue Operations Manager or equivalent with full-cycle ownership of a CRM instance and GTM reporting stack
- Deep HubSpot proficiency and end-to-end ownership of a HubSpot instance
- Experience rebuilding or rearchitecting GTM infrastructure for a scaling organization
- Strong analytical ability to turn data into independent insights and recommendations
- Demonstrated cross-functional partnership with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership
- Experience with attribution modeling and marketing automation platforms
- Practical experience using AI tools to solve real business problems
- High ownership and comfort with ambiguity
- Ability to independently determine approaches, execute work, and provide recommendations
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Must presently reside in the United States
- HubSpot certifications are a plus, not required
- Familiarity with Clay, Apollo, Gong, Aircall, Claude, Zapier, Zendesk, Planhat, Gainsight, or Pendo is a plus
- Exposure to CPQ, billing systems, or revenue recognition workflows is a plus
- Experience supporting or building an outbound motion is a plus
- Experience with BI platforms and advanced analytics is a plus
