General

• Generate and organize detailed estimates for utility-scale solar and battery energy storage projects
• Collaborate with Preconstruction and Operations teams to assemble detailed estimates
• Review plans, specifications, supplier and subcontractor quotes
• Create and manage detailed quantity take-offs from engineering packages
• Organize and strategically plan for estimate preparation, pricing, and final submission
• Facilitate and formulate crew sizing, resources, and productivity
• Demonstrates proficiency in development and management of RFPs to vendors
• Calculate quantity take-offs, material price lists, labor costs, and equipment costs
• Track historical data and compile summary reports
• Communicate with site teams regarding project execution
• Comply with company policies and display professional ethics in the bid process
• Input, evaluate, and manage cost data within estimating software
• Assist project team with generating project cost allocations
