About the role
- Responsible management of structural engineering and specialist deep foundation projects
- Organization, control and optimization of project processes
- Technical and disciplinary leadership of the site team
- Coordination of subcontractors and awarding of subcontracted services
- Allocation and scheduling of equipment and materials
- Invoice review and project accounting
Requirements
- Degree (university/FH/BA) in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification (e.g. Meister or Certified Construction Technician)
- Several years of experience as a site or project manager in structural engineering and specialist deep foundation work
- Solid knowledge of construction law and the VOB (German Construction Contract Procedures)
- Confident user of construction-specific software (preferably iTwo) and MS Office applications
- Structured, independent and goal-oriented working style and strong negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel regularly
