• Independently perform the monthly payroll processing
• Ensure accurate, timely and legally compliant payroll
• Maintain, create and update employee master data from onboarding to offboarding
• Process and maintain timekeeping / working time accounts
• Communicate with health insurance funds, social security agencies, tax offices and authorities
• Provide support on matters related to social security, payroll tax and contributions
• Handle reporting, certification and notification procedures
• Serve as a competent point of contact for employees and managers on all payroll matters
• General administrative tasks within HR
