About the role

  • Support in preparing annual financial statements for our subsidiaries as well as the consolidated financial statements
  • Preparation of reports (P&L, balance sheet and performance indicators) for internal and external stakeholders
  • Conduct contribution-margin calculations, construction site analyses and cost–benefit analyses
  • Support in preparing business and financial plans
  • Maintenance of master data and controlling tools
  • Participation in the further development of BI tools and reporting processes
  • Support during the migration to a new ERP system (controlling module)

Requirements

  • Degree in business administration or commercial vocational training with additional qualification as a certified accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter)
  • Several years of professional experience in accounting, ideally in the construction industry
  • Solid knowledge of tax law and financial reporting/accounting standards
  • Excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel); experience with SQL, MS Dynamics and Power BI is a plus
  • Analytical, structured and independent way of working
  • Strong team skills and enthusiasm for actively shaping processes
