About the role

  • Assist in preparing annual financial statements for our subsidiaries and the consolidated financial statements
  • Prepare reports (P&L, balance sheet and performance metrics) for internal and external stakeholders
  • Perform contribution margin calculations, construction project/site evaluations and cost‑benefit analyses
  • Support the preparation of business and financial plans
  • Maintain master data and controlling tools
  • Contribute to the development of BI tools and reporting processes
  • Support the migration to a new ERP system (controlling module)

Requirements

  • Degree in business administration or commercial vocational training with further qualification as a certified balance sheet accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter)
  • Several years of professional experience in accounting, preferably in the construction industry
  • Solid knowledge of tax law and financial accounting
  • Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel); experience with SQL, MS Dynamics and Power BI is an advantage
  • Analytical, structured and independent working style
  • Strong team spirit and a desire to actively help shape processes
