About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify and onboard relevant talents and influencers to support brand and performance marketing campaigns for the Spanish market, ensuring alignment with campaign KPIs.
- Obsessed with performance and conversion strategy.
- Build and nurture relationships with both up-and-coming and established influencers, in line with our brand identity and voice — with a special eye for discovering profiles with real growth potential.
- Find all the new potential on trend influencers.
- Create campaign briefs and manage the publication calendar to ensure timely and impactful content delivery.
- Develop creative communication angles for influencer stories, briefing creators with clear, compelling directions that drive both engagement and conversion.
- Edit and adapt influencer-generated content using Edits app to produce high-quality Partnership Ads , ensuring brand consistency and performance-oriented formats.
- Support performance marketing initiatives by co-creating branded content designed for conversion and engagement.
- Report campaign performance and key influencer metrics directly to the Brand Lead.
- Be a strategic growth driver for the company, as influencer marketing is central to our expansion strategy.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Spanish speaker, with excellent written and verbal communication in English (B2+ level, because we communicate in english internally).
- Experienced (2+ years) in influencer marketing management for the Spanish market , ideally with both brand and agency-side exposure.
- A strong network and existing relationships with key Spanish influencer talent agencies is a valued plus.
- Creatively driven, with a strong ability to turn ideas into compelling stories — and a genuine talent for spotting profiles with potential before everyone else does.
- Skilled in content editing, particularly using Edits app (or similar tools), with motivation to produce polished creatives for Partnership Ads.
- Experienced in dynamic, high-growth environments (it's a plus if you've worked in a tech or startup setting).
- Familiar with AI tools applied to influencer marketing — from streamlining reporting and research to speeding up operational tasks — is a valued plus.
- Knowledge and experience in the Mexican market is a valued plus.
- Really self confident, professional and communicative person that is a team player.
