About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build email campaigns in Klaviyo using supplied campaign briefs, approved copy, and creative assets
- Format emails to ensure a consistent and visually appealing experience across desktop and mobile devices
- Add and verify alt text, hyperlinks, and other campaign elements
- Conduct preview sends and perform comprehensive quality assurance (QA) checks prior to campaign deployment
- Identify and resolve formatting or content issues before campaigns go live
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and consistency across all email campaigns
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure campaigns are delivered according to specifications and deadlines
- Make necessary process suggestions and improvements which can help the team
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Perform other related tasks and duties that may be assigned by the client later on
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience building email campaigns in Klaviyo
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify formatting and content issues before launch
- Understanding of email marketing best practices, including responsive design and accessibility considerations such as alt text
- Experience working with campaign briefs, approved copy, and creative assets
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines independently
- A proactive mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams
