Executive Operations Support
BuddleExecutive Operations Support at Buddle managing executive priorities and improving operational performance. Supporting the Managing Director of Property Management and leadership team with analytical and operational duties.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Proactively manage executive priorities, calendars, meetings, travel, and business commitments
- Prepare executive briefing papers, presentations, reports, and meeting documentation
- Coordinate communication between executives, leadership teams, external stakeholders, and advisors
- Anticipate business needs and proactively remove operational roadblocks
- Act as a trusted partner by helping leadership stay focused on strategic priorities
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve executive dashboards and KPI reporting
- Translate business objectives into meaningful performance measures and success metrics
- Analyse operational and financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Prepare monthly leadership reports and support board reporting
- Evaluate existing reports and recommend improvements that provide greater business insight
- Ensure reporting focuses on meaningful business outcomes rather than simply measuring activity
- Review business workflows and recommend improvements that increase efficiency and accountability
- Build scalable systems, templates, and operating procedures
- Collaborate across departments to improve communication and operational effectiveness
- Drive consistency across recurring business processes
- Support change initiatives and process improvement projects
- Support budget tracking, revenue reporting, and expense monitoring
- Assist with financial reconciliations and reporting activities
- Maintain reporting accuracy across multiple business systems
- Support CRM administration and business data integrity
- Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned by leadership
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years experience supporting senior executives or business owners
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret business information and identify actionable insights
- Experience creating executive dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, or business reports
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Highly organised and proactive
- Comfortable working independently
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
