About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure continued excellent operation of Budderfly HVAC units within the geographic area
Maintain and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems and equipment
Identify maintenance risks on HVAC/R equipment
Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults
Complete commissioning checks and correct HVAC RTU controller configurations
Perform physical maintenance, including changing filters, cleaning coils, inspecting/replacing belts, and inspecting units for mechanical failures
Respond to emergency service calls
Clean, adjust, repair, and perform warranty services on systems
Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
Keep daily logs and records in the company work order system
Ensure compliance with state and federal standards and the Occupational Health and Safety Act
Comply with service standards, work instructions, and customer requirements
Assist with customer queries

Requirements

What you’ll need

HVAC controls experience
Familiarity with Lennox Core Controllers and Carrier SystemVu controllers is beneficial
Technical School graduate
Ability to recognize control and mechanical issues before they compound
Ability to travel within the region and surrounding states
Excellent verbal and written skills
Ability to work across/with organizational Teams
Customer- and safety-focused approach
