About the role

  • Lead the operations, performance, and profitability of food services
  • Ensure consistency in customer experience, operational excellence, financial performance, and compliance
  • Drive sales growth, profitability, and cost controls
  • Oversee daily operations across 4–6 restaurant locations
  • Conduct restaurant visits, audits, and performance reviews
  • Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers and key personnel
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback
  • Promote a positive, respectful, and high-engagement work culture
  • Implement corrective action plans for operational gaps
  • Support local marketing and community engagement initiatives

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of multi-unit restaurant management experience (fast food or fast casual preferred)
  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), and POS systems
  • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable personal transportation for frequent travel between SC locations.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop management teams
  • Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent
  • Some foodservice experience.
  • Dynamic and engaging personality.
  • Servsafe certified or ability to be certified within 30 days of employment.
  • Solid computer skills and familiar with social media platforms.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency with POS systems, scheduling, and restaurant reporting tools
