About the role
- Lead the operations, performance, and profitability of food services
- Ensure consistency in customer experience, operational excellence, financial performance, and compliance
- Drive sales growth, profitability, and cost controls
- Oversee daily operations across 4–6 restaurant locations
- Conduct restaurant visits, audits, and performance reviews
- Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers and key personnel
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback
- Promote a positive, respectful, and high-engagement work culture
- Implement corrective action plans for operational gaps
- Support local marketing and community engagement initiatives
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of multi-unit restaurant management experience (fast food or fast casual preferred)
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), and POS systems
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable personal transportation for frequent travel between SC locations.
- Demonstrated leadership ability, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop management teams
- Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent
- Some foodservice experience.
- Dynamic and engaging personality.
- Servsafe certified or ability to be certified within 30 days of employment.
- Solid computer skills and familiar with social media platforms.
- Ability to multitask.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency with POS systems, scheduling, and restaurant reporting tools
