About the role
- Conduct demo calls and understand the needs of customers in the e-commerce and SaaS sectors
- Independently manage support tickets and provide fast, customer-focused solutions
- Closely collaborate with the Onboarding & Automation teams to ensure customer satisfaction and further develop our solutions
- Independently create content such as blog posts, templates, or help pages and actively support the implementation of the AI & content strategy
Requirements
- Experience in direct customer contact — ideally in a SaaS environment
- Strong intuition for customer needs
- Ability to define, track, and achieve realistic goals and KPIs
- Confident communication in German and English — both written and spoken
- Ideally experience in financial or payroll accounting or a good understanding of tax-related processes
- Proficient with common tools such as Zendesk, Confluence, Slack, Google Workspace, or similar systems
