About the role

  • Conduct demo calls and understand the needs of customers in the e-commerce and SaaS sectors
  • Independently manage support tickets and provide fast, customer-focused solutions
  • Closely collaborate with the Onboarding & Automation teams to ensure customer satisfaction and further develop our solutions
  • Independently create content such as blog posts, templates, or help pages and actively support the implementation of the AI & content strategy

Requirements

  • Experience in direct customer contact — ideally in a SaaS environment
  • Strong intuition for customer needs
  • Ability to define, track, and achieve realistic goals and KPIs
  • Confident communication in German and English — both written and spoken
  • Ideally experience in financial or payroll accounting or a good understanding of tax-related processes
  • Proficient with common tools such as Zendesk, Confluence, Slack, Google Workspace, or similar systems
