About the role
- Support the HR team with organizational and administrative tasks throughout the recruitment process
- Create job postings, pre-screen applications, obtain references
- Schedule interviews and appointments with candidates
- Assist with HR administration (from onboarding to offboarding)
Requirements
- Experience in applicant management and recruiting employees
- Knowledge of processes and their interdependencies across the entire employee lifecycle
- Strong service- and client-orientation
- Independent and quality-oriented working style
- Preferably computer/IT skills
- Excellent written and spoken German
