About the role
- As a Sales Admin, you are part of the inside sales team at buah.
- You handle inquiries from our B2B customers and take care of preparing quotes.
- You create orders for our B2B and retail customers in our ERP system Xentral.
- You ensure smooth and proactive communication in case of delivery deviations.
- You work closely with our Supply Chain and Finance teams and handle invoicing and dispatch.
- You support our Key Account Management team in preparing customer presentations and meetings.
- You ensure our customers receive the appropriate product samples on time.
- You are responsible for preparing and presenting monthly reports, statistics, and analyses.
Requirements
- You have a commercial vocational qualification or a university degree.
- You bring at least two years of experience in the B2B sector.
- Ideally you have experience in FMCG and retail.
- You are available at least 4 days per week (preferably mornings).
- You work independently, identify opportunities for improvement and implement them.
- Accurate work and meeting deadlines are second nature to you.
- With empathy, friendliness and a positive mindset, you inspire both customers and colleagues.
